تستخدم جهات التلامس الرئيسية أطرافاً من سبيكة الفضة مع نظام طفو قوس ثلاثي الكسر لإخماد القوس أثناء مقاطعة المحرك في دوري AC3 وAC4، مما يُمدّد عمر جهات التلامس مقارنةً بتصميمات ذات كسر مزدوج عند نفس التيار. تشمل الملحقات كتل جهات اتصال مساعدة وأجهزة توقيت ومجموعات تشابك ميكانيكي، مع توفر مجموعة مبادئ نجمة-مثلث مُجمَّعة مسبقاً لمحركات 30–45 كيلوواط.
