مطحنة SAG ميتسو 6×2.7 م — نظرة عامة
مطحنة Metso SAG بأبعاد 6×2.7 م هي مطحنة طحن شبه ذاتية مصممة للطحن الأولي في دوائر معالجة الذهب والنحاس والفوسفات والمعادن الأساسية. بقطر طحن فعّال 6 أمتار وطول طحن فعّال 2.7 م، تلائم هذه التشكيلة معدلات إنتاجية تتراوح بين 200 و800 طن/ساعة بحسب صلابة الخام وحجم التغذية العلوي وهدف دقة المنتج.
في منجم معادن للذهب في الدويحية بمنطقة مكة المكرمة من الدرع العربي، وفي مشروع ذهب منصورة ومسارة في القصيم — اثنان من أهم عمليات تعدين الذهب في المملكة العربية السعودية — تُشكّل مطاحن SAG من ميتسو دائرة الطحن الأولية التي تُقلّل منتج الكسارة الفكية الأولية إلى تفريغ SAG قبل إعادة الطحن في مطاحن الكرات والمرور إلى دائرة ترشيح السيانيد.
حدّدت الشركة الوطنية للمعادن (معادن) ما يصل إلى 30 رواسب ذهبية هامة في الدرع العربي ضمن استراتيجية تنويع القطاع المعدني في المملكة، وستكون تقنية مطاحن SAG محورية في مصانع معالجة الرواسب الجديدة مع تقدمها نحو الإنتاج.
