مجفف هواء بالامتزاز أطلس كوبكو BD360 — نظرة عامة
مجفف BD360 هو مجفف هواء بالامتزاز تحت الضغط (PSA) بدون تسخين من أطلس كوبكو، يحقق نقطة ندى ضغط تبلغ -40 درجة مئوية أو -70 درجة مئوية، متوافق مع معيار ISO 8573-1 Class 2 أو Class 1 للرطوبة. يُستخدم حيثما تتطلب التطبيقات نقاط ندى دون الصفر لا تستطيع تحقيقها مجففات التبريد.
يعمل BD360 على مبدأ التبديل بين برجَين من مادة هلام السيليكا: يمتص أحدهما الرطوبة بينما يتجدد الآخر باستخدام تيار تطهير صغير من الهواء الجاف، وذلك بتبادل منتظم لضمان إنتاج هواء جاف مستمر. التصميم بدون عناصر تسخين يمنح ميزة كبيرة في التصنيفات الخطرة ATEX في أنظمة هواء أدوات النفط والغاز.
