الختم الميكانيكي المزدوج المضغوط ISC2-PP من فلوسيرف هو ختم خرطوشي مزدوج مصمم وفق API 682 الإصدار الرابع، الفئة الأولى، الترتيب 2 (مضغوط مزدوج) — وهو المواصفة المفروضة من أرامكو وسابك في حزم شراء المضخات لخدمات الهيدروكربونات فوق درجة حرارة الاشتعال التلقائي، والخدمات السامة، والواجبات البيئية الحساسة التي تتطلب انبعاثاً صفرياً للغلاف الجوي.
يعمل ISC2-PP بنظام سائل حاجز مضغوط وفق خطة API 53، يُحافظ على ضغط يفوق ضغط العملية بـ 1.4 بار، مما يُنشئ تفاضلاً ضغطياً داخلياً عند وجوه الختم الجانب-العملية يمنع أي تسرب لسائل العملية إلى الغلاف الجوي. يندرج هذا الختم ضمن قائمة الموردين المعتمدين من أرامكو للأختام الميكانيكية وفق API 682، وهو الأكثر تحديداً في حزم شراء مضخات أرامكو لخدمات نقل النفط الخام ومكثفات الغاز وحقن المياه المصاحبة.
يُتيح تصميم الخرطوشة المدمجة إعداد طول العمل وضغط النابض ومحاذاة الوجوه في المصنع مسبقاً، مما يُلغي أخطاء القياس والتجميع الميداني التي تُمثّل السبب الرئيسي لإخفاقات الأختام خلال صيانة مقاولي أرامكو في فترات التوقف.
