The Schneider LRD01 TeSys Thermal Overload Relay 0.1–0.16A is a TeSys LRD differential thermal overload relay providing Class 10A protection against motor overload and phase failure. It mounts directly beneath TeSys D contactors LC1D09 to LC1D38 to form a compact direct-on-line starter, or separately using the LAD7B106 terminal block.

The setting range of 0.1–0.16 A covers the full-load current of the motor it protects; select the dial value to match motor nameplate FLC. It mounts directly under TeSys D contactors LC1D09–LC1D38 or separately on DIN rail with the LAD7B106 block. Trip class 10A with differential phase-failure sensitivity protects against single-phasing.

The relay features a wide setting dial, trip-class indication, STOP and TEST functions, trip status indicator and sealable cover to prevent tampering with the current setting. Compensated bimetal design maintains accurate tripping from -20 °C to +60 °C ambient — essential for Gulf panel-room conditions.
