The Weidmüller PRO MAX 24VDC 10A is a 240 W single-phase DIN-rail power supply providing regulated 24 V DC at 10 A continuous from a universal 100–240 V AC input, rated to IEC/EN 61558-2-16 and UL 508 for industrial panel applications. The 240 W output capacity covers the majority of standard-size Saudi DCS marshalling sections — a section with 48 HART instrument loops (each drawing approximately 22 mA loop current plus 30 mA power-supply current from the 24 V barrier rail) draws approximately 2.5 A from the 24 V bus, while solenoid valve outputs and motor-operated valve position transmitters add a further 2–3 A, placing a typical 48-I/O marshalling section comfortably within the 10 A capacity of the PRO MAX 10A.
