حساس فيستو SDAT-MHS هو حساس مجال مغناطيسي بتقنية أثر هول لاكتشاف نهايات الشوط على الأسطوانات الهوائية ذات الفتحات الخارجية من نوع ISO 15552 وISO 21287 والأنواع المتوافقة. على خلاف حساسات القصبة الكهربائية التقليدية، يعمل SDAT-MHS بعنصر تبديل إلكتروني صلب خالٍ من الأجزاء المتحركة، بتكرارية تبديل ±0.1 ملم — مما يُتيح الكشف الموثوق عن نهايات الشوط حتى عند سرعات أسطوانة تصل إلى 5 م/ث دون الاضطراب التوقيتي المرتبط بالتصاميم الميكانيكية.
يُركَّب الحساس بالإزلاق في فتحة T الخارجية للأسطوانة وتثبيته بمسمار واحد، ويتصل عبر موصل M8 قياسي متوافق مع جميع وحدات الإدخال الرقمي القياسية لـ PLC. توفر حماية IP67 مقاومةً للغمر والتنظيف بالضغط العالي، فيما يصمد الهيكل المعدني أمام الصدمات الميكانيكية التي تُتلف الحساسات ذات الهياكل البلاستيكية في الآلات عالية الدورة.
