The Rittal AX Compact Enclosure (model 1045.600) is Rittal's next-generation small enclosure designed for wall-mounted and freestanding installation of junction boxes, terminal block assemblies, instrumentation, and small control equipment. Measuring 380 mm high, 300 mm wide, and 210 mm deep, the AX 1045.600 is engineered for applications where a standard plastic enclosure would be inadequate but a full-size baying system would be oversized. The enclosure is fabricated from 1.5 mm powder-coated steel, achieves IP66 protection as standard — the highest ingress protection rating routinely required in outdoor industrial applications — and is rated for an operating temperature range from -25°C to +55°C, making it compatible with Saudi Arabia's most extreme desert summer conditions without derating.
