LS UCS Series DC Fast EV Charger

The LS UCS Series DC Fast EV Charger is a high-power direct-current electric vehicle charging station providing 50 to 150 kW output power, designed and certified for public and commercial fleet charging infrastructure under IEC 61851-23, IEC 62196-3, and CHAdeMO 2.0 standards. The UCS-100kW model delivers 100 kW maximum DC output simultaneously across dual outlets — a CCS2 (Combined Charging System Type 2) connector and a CHAdeMO connector — enabling it to serve two vehicles concurrently at up to 50 kW each, or one vehicle at full 100 kW. This charging rate delivers approximately 80% charge to a modern 60 kWh battery-electric vehicle (BEV) in under 45 minutes, compatible with the current and next-generation EV models entering the Saudi Arabian market under Vision 2030's electric mobility programmes.

The UCS Series is engineered for the demanding environmental conditions of Middle Eastern deployment. The IP54 enclosure rating provides full protection against blowing sand and dust — a critical requirement for outdoor charger installations at Saudi highways, service areas, and parking facilities where HVAC protection is not available. The charger operates from -20°C to +55°C ambient, covering Saudi Arabia's full temperature range from winter desert nights to summer urban heat without thermal shutdown. The unit connects to three-phase 400 V AC supply and incorporates a built-in PFC (Power Factor Correction) stage to maintain supply power factor above 0.99, meeting SEC utility connection requirements for large charging equipment. An integrated OCPP 1.6/2.0 protocol stack enables cloud connectivity for remote management, billing, load management, and network integration with Saudi Arabia's national EV charging network under ARAMCO's EV infrastructure programme.
