As a native iQ-R module, the R16MTCPU operates on the same high-speed bus as iQ-R PLC CPUs, SAFETY CPUs, C Controller modules, and CC-Link IE field masters — enabling a unified, tightly synchronised automation platform that eliminates the cross-system communication delays inherent in multi-vendor control architectures. The 0.125 ms operation cycle is eight times faster than the comparable Q Series motion CPU, enabling high-bandwidth force control, high-speed cam profile execution, and real-time observer-based vibration suppression that compress cycle times by 15–25% on high-speed assembly and semiconductor test handler machines.
