The Legrand DPX3 630 is a high-power Moulded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) covering the current range from 100 A to 630 A with an impressive breaking capacity of 50 kA and 85 kA at 415 V AC, certified to IEC 60947-2. Fitted with an advanced electronic trip unit, the DPX3 630 replaces the traditional fixed thermal-magnetic mechanism with a fully programmable protection relay embedded directly in the breaker body. The electronic trip unit delivers long-time delay (Ir), short-time delay (Isd), instantaneous (Ii), and earth-fault (Ig) protection functions with independent, continuously adjustable settings — providing engineering teams with the flexibility to achieve perfect time-graded selectivity across multiple busbar sections without the cost of a separate power-quality relay.
