Terms and Conditions of Sale

Version 2026-10-22 · Razz Middle East Company

These terms apply to every order placed on razz.sa or against a quotation or proforma invoice from us. You are asked to accept them at checkout, and the version you accepted is recorded on your order.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") apply to every order placed with Razz Middle East Company ("Razz", "we", "us"), Building No. 7593, Bajir Al Tai Street, As Salhiyah District, Jeddah 23764, Saudi Arabia, whether placed on razz.sa, by email, or against a quotation or proforma invoice we issue.

By placing an order you confirm that you are acting for a business or organisation, that you are authorised to bind it, and that you accept these Terms. Any terms printed on your purchase order that conflict with these Terms do not apply unless we have agreed to them in writing.

2. Products and sourcing

Razz is an independent industrial supplier. Unless a product page or quotation states that Razz is the authorised distributor of a brand, products are sourced to order from the manufacturer or from authorised distribution channels outside Saudi Arabia. The country the goods ship from is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation.

Products are supplied new and genuine, with the manufacturer's standard documentation. Brand names, trademarks and part numbers belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the goods.

Product descriptions, images, weights and specifications are taken from manufacturer data. Images are for illustration; the exact appearance of the item may differ. You are responsible for confirming that a part number is the right one for your application before ordering.

3. Prices, VAT and what the checkout total includes

Prices are in Saudi riyals (SAR) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 15%) is added at checkout.

For orders placed on razz.sa the checkout total is a delivered-duty-paid (DDP) price for the delivery address you give. It is made up of: the price of the goods; import and delivery (international courier freight, fuel and security surcharges, customs clearance and disbursement fees); Saudi customs duty at the rate published by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) for the goods' HS code (5% where no specific rate is recorded); a small-order handling fee on orders under SAR 2,000 of goods; and VAT. Each element is shown separately at checkout, in your order confirmation and on your invoice.

A quotation or proforma invoice is valid for the period stated on it. Prices are fixed when your order is accepted; they do not change afterwards because of exchange-rate or surcharge movements.

Every shipment needs a minimum value of goods per country of shipment, shown at checkout. If a mistake in our price list produces a price that is clearly wrong, we may cancel the affected line before acceptance and refund any payment for it.

4. Payment and order acceptance

Payment is by bank transfer in advance to the account named in your order confirmation or proforma invoice. We do not take card payments on the website. Please quote the order number with your transfer.

An order is accepted, and work on it begins, only when the full amount has been received in our bank account. We confirm receipt by email. Until then the order is held, and if payment is not received within the period stated on the proforma invoice we may cancel the order or re-quote it.

Transfers must come from the ordering company or a payer we have agreed in writing. Bank charges of the sending bank are for your account; we must receive the full invoiced amount.

5. Delivery

We deliver to the address, including the Saudi National Address short address and postal code, that you give at checkout. Please make sure it is complete and that someone is available to receive the goods during working hours; a redelivery or address correction requested after dispatch may be charged at the courier's rate.

Lead times shown on product pages and in confirmations are estimates based on manufacturer and supplier information at the time of ordering. They are not guaranteed. Delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, carriers, customs inspection, holidays or events outside our control do not give a right to cancel or to compensation; we will keep you informed and deliver as soon as the goods are available.

Orders that ship from more than one country arrive as separate parcels, each with its own tracking. Part deliveries are permitted.

Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address given. Title passes when we have received payment in full.

6. Customs, conformity and documents

Razz handles the import, customs declaration and clearance of goods shipped from abroad under DDP terms. The customs duty shown at checkout is calculated on the HS code recorded for each product. Where a product requires a conformity certificate (SASO / SABER) for import, we arrange it as part of the import.

You agree to supply promptly any document or information that customs or a carrier requires about the consignee, such as your VAT registration or commercial registration, and to accept delivery when the goods arrive. Storage, demurrage or return charges caused by missing consignee documents or refusal to receive the goods are for your account.

Some products are subject to export controls in their country of origin or to Saudi import regulations. If a product cannot lawfully be exported to or imported into Saudi Arabia for your use, we will cancel the affected line and refund it; we have no further liability.

7. Inspection, shortages and damage in transit

Please inspect the goods on delivery. Visible damage to the packaging must be noted with the courier on delivery. Shortages, wrong items or transit damage must be reported to sales@razz.sa within 3 working days of delivery, with photographs and the order number. Claims reported later cannot be raised with the carrier or supplier and may be declined.

If a shortage, wrong item or transit damage is confirmed, we will replace the item or refund it. This is your sole remedy for such claims.

8. Cancellation and returns

Because goods are sourced to order, an order cannot be cancelled once we have placed the order with our supplier. Before that point you may cancel by email, and we will refund the amount received less any bank charges we have incurred.

Goods are not returnable for reasons such as a change of mind, over-ordering or an incorrect part number selected by you. Where a supplier agrees to take goods back, a return is possible only with our written agreement, in unopened original packaging, and subject to the supplier's restocking charge and the cost of return freight and re-export formalities.

9. Warranty

Goods carry the manufacturer's standard warranty for the Saudi market, as published by the manufacturer. We will assist you in making a warranty claim with the manufacturer or supplier. Razz gives no additional warranty of its own.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, use outside the manufacturer's specifications, modification, or normal wear.

10. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any order, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of production, downtime, loss of contracts or any indirect or consequential loss, however caused.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Saudi law.

11. Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including manufacturer or supplier allocation and stock-outs, carrier or port disruption, customs action, changes in law or regulation, sanctions, strikes, epidemics, war, fire, flood or acts of God. Delivery dates are extended accordingly, and if such an event prevents performance for more than 90 days either party may cancel the affected part of the order and we will refund any payment received for undelivered goods.

12. Privacy

We use the information you give us to process your order, clear customs and deliver, and we share it with carriers, customs authorities and suppliers only as needed for that purpose. See our Privacy Policy at https://razz.sa/en/privacy-policy.

13. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably shall be referred to the competent courts or judicial committees in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the rest remain in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order, and its version number is recorded on the order. This version: 2026-10-22.
