The SMC ZH Series Vacuum Generator converts compressed air supply into vacuum using the Venturi effect for Saudi Arabia's industrial part handling, robotic pick-and-place, and material transport applications requiring vacuum cup actuation. Compact in-line mounting with supply, vacuum, and exhaust ports enables Saudi machine builders to mount ZH generators directly at the point of use near the vacuum cup, minimizing vacuum circuit dead volume for fastest possible vacuum cup attachment and release. Supply pressures from 0.2 to 0.5 MPa produce vacuum levels to -88 kPa, sufficient for Saudi automation systems handling flat panels, glass, metal sheet, PCBs, and packaged goods with SMC vacuum cups. Its built-in check valve option maintains vacuum on compressed air supply interruption, protecting Saudi automation systems from part dropping if air supply is momentarily interrupted during transport.
