The AM600 uses ABB's proven non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) and ultraviolet (UV) dual-beam technology with automatic reference gas correction that maintains calibration stability in the extreme temperatures of Saudi Arabia's summer, where analyzerhouse ambient temperatures can exceed 45°C. The integrated sample conditioning system includes heat-traced sample lines, moisture elimination, and particulate filtration to handle the high-sulfur content flue gases from Saudi Aramco's heavy fuel oil-fired boilers and SEC gas turbine exhausts.
