The TMT71's Advanced Diagnostics continuously calculates mean sensor signal, sensor difference, and calibration drift, reporting electronic device health and sensor condition through HART 7 without any process interruption. The transmitter's non-volatile EEPROM configuration storage and automatic initialization-on-restart capability prevents zero-setpoint loss during power cycling events at Saudi Aramco's remote field locations where UPS systems may not cover all instrument loops.
