The Rexnord Falk T20 gear coupling at size 20 represents the upper end of the T-series range, delivering a continuous torque rating of 45,200 Nm to meet the demands of large-frame centrifugal pumps, multistage compressors, turbine drive trains, and heavy mixer and agitator shaft couplings. Like all Falk T-series couplings, the T20 is manufactured to the API 671 third edition standard, with a hardened alloy steel sleeve gear and hub gear precision matched for optimal load distribution across the full tooth face width. The larger bore capacity — accommodating shafts up to 222 mm in diameter — makes the T20-20 the correct selection for directly coupling 500 kW to 2,000 kW class drive trains that are common in Saudi Arabia's large refinery and petrochemical complexes.

The T20 uses Rexnord's lube seal design that retains grease or circulating oil lubrication under centrifugal force at high speed, preventing lubricant migration to the outside of the coupling sleeve where it would otherwise contaminate brakes, shafts, or surrounding equipment.
