SKF 6316-Z Deep Groove Ball Bearing

The SKF 6316-Z Deep Groove Ball Bearing is a precision deep groove ball bearing manufactured by SKF, the world's leading rolling bearing producer founded in Gothenburg, Sweden in 1907. Designated 6316-Z, this bearing features 80 mm bore (d), 170 mm outer diameter (D), and 39 mm width (B), giving it a compact yet robust geometry suited to heavy-duty industrial rotating equipment. It is fitted with a single seal/shield (Single metal shield (Z)) on one side, suited to arrangements with an opposing shoulder or external seal. It carries a basic dynamic load rating (C) of approximately 124 kN and a basic static load rating (C0) of approximately 86.5 kN, with a reference rotational speed of around 5000 r/min depending on lubrication and mounting conditions.

The 6316-Z is engineered with SKF's high-grade chrome steel raceways, precision-ground rolling elements and optimised internal geometry to reduce friction, running temperature and noise.
