The SKF NU228 ECP Cylindrical Roller Bearing is a precision single-row cylindrical roller bearing manufactured by SKF, the world's leading rolling bearing producer founded in Gothenburg, Sweden in 1907. Designated NU228 ECP, this bearing features 140 mm bore (d), 297 mm outer diameter (D), and 50 mm width (B), giving it a compact yet robust geometry suited to heavy-duty industrial rotating equipment. This single-row cylindrical roller bearing (ECP polyamide cage) offers very high radial load capacity and is separable for easy mounting, with the NU2-type ribs determining axial guidance. It carries a basic dynamic load rating (C) of approximately 394.0 kN and a basic static load rating (C0) of approximately 431.0 kN, with a reference rotational speed of around 2500 r/min depending on lubrication and mounting conditions.
