The SKF SNG 508-607 Plummer Block Housing is a SNG split plummer block housing from SKF, designed to accept self-aligning bearings on an adapter sleeve or directly on a shaft of around 40 mm. The two-part split cast-iron housing allows the bearing and shaft assembly to be mounted and inspected without dismantling adjacent equipment, a major advantage during plant turnarounds.
