The Sandvik QH441 is a self-propelled, fully tracked mobile cone crushing plant that delivers secondary and tertiary crushing capability directly at the point of extraction — eliminating the need for fixed crushing infrastructure at quarry sites and enabling rapid redeployment between jobs. Powered by a CAT C13 diesel engine producing 328 kW (440 hp) and mounting a Sandvik CH440 cone crusher with a 185 kW electric drive, the QH441 achieves throughputs of up to 400 tonnes per hour while maintaining the precise product gradation control provided by the CH440's ASRi automatic setting regulation system. The plant folds to road transport dimensions under the standard Saudi over-dimensional permit requirements and can be re-erected and in production within hours of delivery to a new site.

The QH441's integrated pre-screen deck removes fines from the feed ahead of the crushing chamber, preventing packing of fine material around the mantle and bowl liner in fine and tertiary applications and ensuring that the cone crusher processes only the material fraction that needs further reduction. This pre-screening capability is particularly valuable at Saudi aggregate sites working secondary-crushed product where a proportion of already-sized material is present in the cone feed. The on-board return conveyor recirculates oversize from the discharge screen back to the cone feed for re-crushing, eliminating the separate conveyors and transfer points that add capital and maintenance cost to fixed crushing plant configurations.
