Panduit LCD2 Lockout/Tagout Cable Lockout Device

The Panduit LCD2 is a flexible cable lockout device designed for Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) energy isolation procedures, using a 6 mm diameter multi-loop polypropylene-jacketed steel cable to immobilise circuit breakers, valve handles, gate valves, and other energy control points that are too large or awkwardly shaped for standard hasp-style lockout devices. The flexible cable loops through or around the energy isolation point and the two cable ends are drawn through the cable body's locking head, where a padlock through the integrated shackle hole prevents the cable from being withdrawn — creating a secure, tamper-evident energy isolation that cannot be defeated without cutting the steel-core cable or breaking the padlock. The cable length accommodates energy control points up to 800 mm in circumference, covering the majority of industrial valve bodies, large circuit breaker handles, and equipment access gates encountered in oil and gas and heavy industrial plant environments.
